Most towns marked Available Now already have fibre or strong LTE/4G coverage and are within a comfortable drive of one of our install teams — that's what lets us get cameras up and reporting within days, not weeks. Towns marked Coming Soon are on our active roadmap: we're either waiting on infrastructure, or waiting on enough local demand to justify sending a team out regularly for support and maintenance. Registering your interest for a "coming soon" town is one of the biggest things that moves it up the list.
And if fibre hasn't reached you yet, that's usually not a dealbreaker — a good chunk of our current sites run on LTE/4G connectivity, which means "not on the map yet" often just means "we haven't listed you yet," not "we can't help."
